Why We Gain Weight

As we move through the 1st quarter of 2017, I am reminded again to keep my weight in check 🙂  There are many reasons really why we need to keep our weight in check but I think it basically boils down to two: a healthier version of us as well as a fitter, sexier version of us 🙂

To keep our weight in check, it is a good idea to understand the root of it all. Why are we gaining weight? Is it the food that we eat? Is it our genes? Check out the less 2 minutes informational and fun (!) video below and find the answers.
