Facing the Challenge of PMS

They call it PMS. You must have heard, known about it especially so if you’re a woman.

A woman usually experiences Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) a week or two before her monthly period. It can be mild and it can be too much, too limiting at times. Studies suggest that for 1 in 20 women, PMS is “intense enough to cause disruption to the quality of their life, resulting to misunderstanding with their loved ones.”

PMS is also mistaken as anxiety or depression at times. Some of its symptoms include “mood swings, loss of confidence, being emotional and irritable.” At the same time while having these, a woman can also undergo the physical side of it such as: headaches, migraines, abdominal bloating, breast tenderness and even asthma.

PMS appears to be a monthly battle for many women. But all is not lost. There are active steps a woman can take to face it. She can consult a gynecologist for one, make some changes in her diet and include regular exercise in her lifestyle. And she can also include taking products and supplements that could relieve her of the symptoms which comes with PMS. ATC Evening Primrose is one such helpful supplement.

Be reminded though that ATC Evening Primrose is a supplement and not a medicinal drug. It is not intended to be used as one.

To help face your PMS challenges, taking one capsule per day of ATC Evening Primrose is recommended preferably with warm water.

ATC Evening Primrose is available at only SRP P6.00 per soft gel capsule in Mercury Drug and all leading drugstores nationwide (Philippines).
