Working Out for a Flatter Belly in 5 Minutes

I thought of adding the routine featured on the video below to one workout I have been doing πŸ™‚

Let’s face it that as the years go marching by, somehow we earn additional pounds primarily due to an increase in food intake and less physical activity. And for women, the extra bulges just love to attach themselves to our belly area πŸ™‚ When they do, they affect our fit and sexy look. Not to mention that our overall health could go heading to the negative side.
