Before we know it, the year we know as 2013 has passed and now we are stepping into a brand new year.
I hope that if we had health concerns in 2013, these would help us move towards a healthy or even healthier us this year. I hope that the past year has helped us learn to eat well, sleep well, exercise well and yes, love well 🙂
Now that the year 2014 is upon us, may it be that we continue to aim for good health. After all, when we are healthy, we can move forward in living the purpose of our lives. We can move on in loving others as much as we love ourselves.
