I admit that I have been slack with doing some exercise and at the same time, I love to eat! The result? I have to deal with some belly fat issues 🙂
Thankfully, I found this very helpful video on dealing with this “belly concern”. I am going to follow the moves here and wait patiently for the results. I have a feeling that my husband (who eats healthy and exercises regularly) will be smiling as he reads this post 🙂
