While we need to take care of our physical health, we shouldn’t really forget that our emotional health and yes, spiritual health needs to be cared for as well.
For me, the Word of God is key to keeping me spiritually healthy. Reading the Bible and meditating on the words is cleansing, healing and yes, comforting.
If you have been an avid reader of the Bible, I encourage you to continue doing so. And if you are one who hasn’t been reading it, do try to start now. You will end up in much better spiritual health 🙂
