Shall We Dance This Time?

I had written before that I have tried walking as a way to exercise and get fit. I must admit that I have not done as much walking lately. But I have gotten back to what I usually do before to exercise: dancing.

I find it easier to do some dancing at home right after I finish my writing and blogging tasks. I only need to play some music on and then I dance away. Now, you might ask: how does dancing benefit you and me?

Dancing is considered an aerobic exercise. Some benefits of dancing include: improved condition of the heart and lungs; increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness and yes, weight management 🙂  Dancing also helps one gain better coordination, agility and flexibility. And I am just saying that these are some of the benefits. There’s actually more but the above reasons I mentioned are enough to keep me on my feet and making those moves. Care to join me? 🙂

    ahh that is my secret why i stayed fit sis. i love dancing dyud. when i was single i used to dance all the time. now that i am a mommy, i dance every other day. lahi na kay zumba na. hehe..

    Now I am ashamed because I am not into dancing. At all. Fact is, I don’t know how to dance. If I try, I find myself funny doing the moves. Lol. I was in elementary when I was joining dance activities but those were folk dances man oi. Hahaha! I guess I shall just resort to walking ra jud for my exercise. 😀
